Never looked like he was Moyes choice and from the outside it never looked like there was a relationship between them or he was truly involved.
The stories about fall outs and Moyes not taking on board others opinions ring true.

I was told earlier in the season Moyes and Warburton had fallen out over a clash of styles;

Warburton thought we could be more expansive and ambitious in our play and Moyes did not.

So this could be significant in that Moyes is fully in charge. More worryingly it could mean even more Moyes ball.
